Once the customer has decided to buy from me, I ask them to provide me with their questions and I give an indication of when their Reading will be delivered to them, either by email or post.
To prepare for the reading I first cleanse the room in which I keep my alter. I cleanse also my Alter and Tools.
Once I have done this, I cast a protective circle to work in. I sit in meditation with my ball or cards and use my energy to charge them ready for the reading.
I tune in to the person I am reading for, and once I am happy that I have their image I begin to concentrate on the questions.
If using my Ball, I watch the images as they appear to me. If using my cards I lay out my cards in readiness to answer each question.
As the answers come to me I hold the image in my mind and scribble [while still in meditation] notes in my note book.
Once I am satisfied with the reading, I carry out a grounding ritual to disperse excess energy.
I then release my circle.
The above part of the reading usually takes one to two hours.
I take a short break to relax before composing the reading from the notes I wrote while in meditation.
Once I have the reading typed, I then email or post the reading to the customer.
All in all, from start to finish, my Reading takes around two to three hours.
I try to keep my prices down so that they are affordable to all. I came to the charge of £10 by taking into account the Reading takes two hours and the UK minimum rate of pay is £5:52. Sometimes the Readings take more than two hours which inevitably means I work at less than the UK nation minimum wage.
There are many different ways for a Witch to carry out his or her craft. Many different paths and religions.
Each spell I craft I craft to the customers needs.
Before I begin the spell I choose and appropriate time, depending moon cycles, day or time etc. And gather together the ingredients for the spell.
I prefer to cast a protective circle cleansed of any energies that will not be positive to my work.
I honour the appropriate Goddess/God and ask for their help and guidance.
I charge myself with magical energies, and charge also the ingredients along with the correctly coloured Mojo bag. Taking each of the ingredients in turn I focus their powers and infuse them into the spells before sealing them in the Mojo.
Once the spell is complete I thank the Goddess/god and release the circle.
The process takes around one hour to complete.
